Naila Authori, S.A.P. is an alumna of the Public Administration program at FISIP, Diponegoro University, class of 2022, who currently works as a Community Development Officer at PT Pertamina Lubricants, Production Unit Jakarta. In this role, she actively develops various community empowerment programs oriented towards social, economic, and environmental sustainability, making her contributions relevant to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda.
Naila’s work in the field of sustainability is reflected in her involvement in social and business mapping across various operational areas, including South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Jambi, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, and North Jakarta. These activities serve as an important foundation for identifying local economic potential, community needs, and social and environmental risks in order to design creating shared value programs. This contribution aligns with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through strengthening local economies, SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) through developing more resilient communities, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through strengthening collaboration between the company and communities.
She also plays a role in designing and realizing the Vocational Link and Match Program (Enduro Home Service) at several vocational high schools in Palembang, Jambi, Bengkulu, and North Jakarta. This program aims to improve student competencies, create job-ready workers, and strengthen connectivity between vocational education and industry needs. This initiative is closely related to SDG 4 (Quality Education), particularly in improving the quality of education and skills, as well as SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through supporting the work readiness of young people.
Furthermore, Naila actively develops community-based creating shared value programs in Central Bangka, Palembang, Central Lampung, and North Jakarta. These programs include the empowerment of fishermen, inmates of correctional institutions, persons with disabilities, and waste management communities. Through this approach, she encourages social inclusivity, economic independence, and the creation of shared value between the company and the community. These contributions align with SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) as they support the empowerment of vulnerable groups, expand economic opportunities, and strengthen the social capacity of communities.
Naila’s contributions are also evident in the implementation of MSME empowerment programs and community health assistance in the Ring 1 area of the Production Unit Jakarta. These programs support the improvement of community welfare, strengthening of local economies, and social resilience around the company’s operational areas. These efforts contribute to achieving SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) through community health assistance, as well as SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through MSME development and strengthening community-based economies.
In the environmental aspect, Naila has also initiated environmental and circular economy programs, such as “Waste for Oil Exchange” and reforestation activities in North Jakarta. These programs aim to reduce environmental impact, encourage circular economy practices, and raise community awareness about the importance of environmental sustainability. These initiatives have a strong connection to SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 15 (Life on Land) as they emphasize waste management, environmental behavior change, and the maintenance of ecosystem quality.
Overall, Naila Authori, S.A.P. represents a young alumna who has made a tangible impact in the field of environmental sustainability through community empowerment programs, local economic strengthening, vocational education, community health, and environmental innovation based on a circular economy. Her work demonstrates that graduates of FISIP Undip’s Public Administration program are able to take on strategic roles in linking corporate social responsibility practices with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local level.
