Semarang (03/05) – Ruang Hati 2026 is a capacity-building program specially designed for female students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) to provide a safe and supportive space. Here, we come together to build character, boost self-confidence, and celebrate self-well-being as women. Ruang Hati is the first step toward embracing one another and growing within an empathetic ecosystem. The activities of Ruang Hati 2026 begin with the warmth of togetherness within the FISIP environment.
Ruang Hati raises an essence very close to our daily lives: the meaning of beauty and empowerment. We attempt to redefine the often narrow standards of beauty. Our focus is on realizing that beauty is diverse and limitless. In this moment, female students are invited to restore their shaken self-confidence and learn the best ways to make peace with imperfection. Because ultimately, empowerment begins with the courage to fully accept oneself.

This inspirational journey will be guided by two remarkable experts in their fields. The session series starts with the first session led by Amalia Rizquna, who will take participants deep into the urgency of women’s empowerment today. The main focus of this discussion is on women’s empowerment in a broad sense. Amalia Rizquna breaks down how a female student can remain empowered, independent, and play a strategic role in her environment without losing her identity. This session aims to ignite participants’ spirit to take bold steps in their lives.
The event continues with an internal focus alongside Natashya Agmy, who will thoroughly explore psychological insights to better understand mental health and the inner strength of a woman. In this session, we learn to understand emotional structures, how to overcome insecurities, and how to maintain mental stability amidst social pressures and environmental expectations.

The event reaches its peak with a workshop session again guided by Natashya Agmy. Here, practical exercises take place. Through an interactive workshop, Natashya Agmy invites each participant to journey inward via “Inner Dialogue.” In this session, we learn to give ourselves positive affirmations and begin recognizing the remarkable things we often overlook. Participants are asked to look at themselves in a mirror and then draw what they see. Through this affirmation, each female student is expected to make peace with imperfection and redefine the meaning of “beauty” according to their own best version of themselves. This session becomes a space to give the highest appreciation to the body and soul for all the struggles they have endured up to this day.
The collaboration between Amalia Rizquna and Natashya Agmy is expected to provide a holistic perspective, blending real-world action with the depth of psychological science. Ruang Hati 2026 concludes with a shared commitment to continue becoming the best version of ourselves. Through this simple seminar and workshop, it is hoped that every FISIP female student will return home carrying a new perspective: that they are valuable, they are strong, and they are beautiful in their own way. Ruang Hati does not just end as a seminar but becomes a starting point for every participant to return home with stronger self-confidence and healthier mental well-being.
